OUR MISSION ── Purpose

Why do "Okami" need a union?

Government agencies and quasi-public organizations have immense power to investigate, scrutinize, and penalize private companies. However, the exercise of this power is not always fair. Many people have given up on speaking out simply because the other party is the "government," facing incorrect decisions, unfavorable treatment without explanation, or illegal activities within their organizations. The "Kami no Union" (Union of the Authorities) brings together unions specializing in different public powers to support appeals against government authorities, which are difficult for individuals to pursue alone, through the strength of labor unions. Increasing the transparency and accountability of public powers is a public interest initiative that creates a society where public institutions function at a level appropriate to their public role.

CONSULTATION ── Consultation Desk

Are you giving up just because "the other party is the authority"?

I was unjustly dismissed. I was not given an explanation. I witnessed illegal activity within the organization.
You have the right to speak up, even when dealing with public institutions.
