The possibility that the evidence has disappeared, and the possibility that management has collapsed.
Furthermore, according to records left behind by tax accountant Takeharu Mamizuka (a former National Tax Agency official),False information created by a National Tax Agency executive, claiming it to be investigative information from the prosecution. This occurred without any involvement whatsoever from the prosecution (false investigative information created in the name of the prosecution entirely without the prosecution's involvement).is flowing outsideThis is an extremely important matter that remains.
Still, there have been no questions from the IRS.
The union members submitted a vast amount of documentation. They provided thousands of pages of explanatory materials.
Still,Tokyo Regional Tax Bureau's Eijin Nakamura, Kumamoto Regional Tax Bureau's Director-General of Tax Administration Atsushi Kitamura, Hiroshi Oka, and Keisuke Ota have never asked a question.
It's supposed to be a survey, but there are no questions.
What does this mean?
The possibility that the investigation does not exist
In this process, union members' families were hurt.
The terms "tax evasion contractor" and "B-account dealer" mentioned in the Mamizuka memo spread, causing one union member's daughter to have a mental breakdown, attempt suicide, and drop out of school.
Nevertheless, Atsushi Kitamura, Director of the Kumamoto Regional Tax Bureau, Hiroshi Oka, Keisuke Ota, and Hideto Nakamura of the Tokyo Regional Tax Bureau neither refuted those remarks nor made any promises regarding them.
Even if they agreed to in-person interviews, they admitted to continuing to shout insults like "tax evasion contractor" and "B-accountant" as an organization.
This is the essence.
Face-to-face interviews are not mandatory during inspections. We have absolutely no authority to detain anyone.
Still, within an hour, they call dozens of times, insist on meeting in person, and torment the mind.
Is it an investigation or pressure?
