GlobalUnion is flexible in its approach to partnerships with companies, professionals and other trade unions that share our philosophy.

Corporate partnerships

There are many enterprises where the relationship with trade unions is something that has been neglected or not even considered. However, as long as trade unions are defined in the constitutions of many countries, trade union relations are closely linked to company management.

In many countries, trade unions are polarised, either because they are not functioning at all and have become a skeleton, or because they have become socially evil black unions with the sole purpose of sterile conflict, and there are very few trade unions that operate according to the original purpose of the system.

Therefore, GlobalUnion is committed to the constructive and healthy development of the working environment in a spirit of mutual support, even with companies that are often seen as conflicting with each other, as long as they share the same philosophy.

Partnerships with professionals

GlobalUnion works daily to realise a healthy working environment in cooperation with a number of lawyers, chartered accountants, tax accountants, social security and labour consultants, judicial scriveners, administrative scriveners and other professionals.

The cooperation of legal professionals is essential as we strive for global standards.

Partnership with trade unions

While many trade unions have become skeletons and mobs, it is also true that there are some genuine trade unions that are thinking about the workers, but many of them seem to be unable to operate as they should due to a lack of know-how and manpower.

We aim for global standards, but by no means do we want to be at the top of the pile as a Union.

We welcome any form of partnership with trade unions that agree with our philosophy, as we want workers around the world to be happy and work in a better working environment.
