has-swl-deep-01-color\">Is the IRS really acting according to the law?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This time, what we are facing is not merely an inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-check_list\">\n<li>Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau, Investigation Department 21, Hideto Nakamura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atsushi Kitamura, Director of the Kumamoto Regional Taxation Bureau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspection Department 3, Hiroshi Oka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspection Department, Keisuke Ota<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The series of actions being taken under this name are a legal issue, a human rights issue, and a social issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-section_ttl\"><span class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\">What on earth is happening at the National Tax Agency?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our union members' shared property<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-check_list\">\n<li>Corporate seal&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal seal&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other important items&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These items were seized by the Kumamoto Regional Tax Office and the Tokyo Regional Tax Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However,<strong><span class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\">It's been about two years and I still haven't gotten it back.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And Mr. Tsuyoshi Shimazaki, former supervisory officer at the Kumamoto Regional Taxation Bureau, said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\">I can't find it.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What does this mean? It\u2019s not just a simple mistake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The possibility that the evidence has disappeared, and the possibility that management has collapsed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, according to records left behind by tax accountant Takeharu Mamizuka (a former National Tax Agency official),<span class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\"><strong>False information created by a National Tax Agency executive, claiming it to be investigative information from the prosecution. This occurred without any involvement whatsoever from the prosecution (false investigative information created in the name of the prosecution entirely without the prosecution's involvement).<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\" class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\"><strong>is flowing outside<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: revert;\">This is an extremely important matter that remains.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-section_ttl\"><span class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\">Still, there have been no questions from the IRS.<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The union members submitted a vast amount of documentation. They provided thousands of pages of explanatory materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Still,<strong><span class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\">Tokyo Regional Tax Bureau's Eijin Nakamura, Kumamoto Regional Tax Bureau's Director-General of Tax Administration Atsushi Kitamura, Hiroshi Oka, and Keisuke Ota have never asked a question.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#x27;s supposed to be a survey, but there are no questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What does this mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-section_ttl\"><span class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\">The possibility that the investigation does not exist<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this process, union members' families were hurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The terms \"tax evasion contractor\" and \"B-account dealer\" mentioned in the Mamizuka memo spread, causing one union member's daughter to have a mental breakdown, attempt suicide, and drop out of school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nevertheless, Atsushi Kitamura, Director of the Kumamoto Regional Tax Bureau, Hiroshi Oka, Keisuke Ota, and Hideto Nakamura of the Tokyo Regional Tax Bureau neither refuted those remarks nor made any promises regarding them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if they agreed to in-person interviews, they admitted to continuing to shout insults like \"tax evasion contractor\" and \"B-accountant\" as an organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-section_ttl\"><span class=\"swl-inline-color has-swl-deep-01-color\">This is the essence.<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face-to-face interviews are not mandatory during inspections.
