GlobalUnion has established MetaUnion, the world's first full-fledged web 3.0 trade union, using blockchain technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In view of the historical significance of trade unions around the world, the establishment of decentralised, autonomous trade unions using blockchain and aiming for fair and democratic management may be the ideal end form for trade unions around the world to reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conventional form of trade unions, which operate by collecting union fees and paying salaries to union workers, not only fails to save those who should really be saved, but also acts as if it has colluded with black-owned companies, completely disfiguring the trade unions, which are supposed to protect the three rights of labour guaranteed in the Constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
