About GlobalUnion
Unlike a mandate contract with a general lawyer (law firm), our union requires that you confirm this membership policy and indicate your intention to join our union in writing, by phone, in person, via web form, email or SNS. As a union (joint trade union) with the principle of zero burden on members, we do not force our members to cooperate in union activities.
Our union has no union fees, but we have several members, including legal experts and business managers, who will not only make demands, but also present specific solutions using the system, so that recovery is assured and convergence can be achieved quickly, so please contact us with confidence.
In order to resolve the problem, we will contact you for a detailed interview about the work environment and the cause of the problem, but please tell us the truth without exaggeration, as we will protect your confidentiality. No retainer fee is required, but if the problem is resolved, we will ask for a donation from the total settlement amount recovered.
About the group you belong to
The union forms the GlobalUnion group, and all the groups to which it belongs are active in a new trial of 'no union fees'. In addition, in order to eliminate the burden on workers and to achieve early solutions, we can hold various labour-management consultations, including collective bargaining as a trade union, with the companies where our members work, with the cooperation of the groups to which we belong.
For more information on GlobalUnion's affiliated organisations, please refer to the GlobalUnion official website. Please refer to the official GlobalUnion website for more information.
It is also run by qualified legal experts such as lawyers, social security and labour attorneys and administrative scriveners, which allows for a different approach to other trade unions. We offer new ways of being a trade union, including the previously unattainable 'free union fees'.
How to consult.
As a rule, consultations are carried out on line or by e-mail, but depending on the circumstances, consultations may be carried out in person or by telephone. No written minutes or other information on the results of collective bargaining negotiations will be sent by post.
Consultations are free of charge, but if the union resolves a consultation case with our involvement and a certain amount of profit or recovery of damages is achieved, we ask for a donation (in principle around 30% of the settlement amount).
Please also be aware that in the event of a certain amount of profit or damage recovery, the Union's bank account will be used as the transfer destination in order to ensure the recovery of the settlement payment and to prevent the leakage of personal data.
Information handling.
The GlobalUnion Group may include the negotiation process and articles in media such as websites and social networking sites operated by the Group in a format that does not mention individual names in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and the subscriber is deemed to have agreed to this upon joining the Union.
In principle, the personal information you provide will not be passed on to third parties, but it may be outsourced to partner professionals, corporations, other businesses or organisations to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
