About GlobalUnion

Unlike a mandate contract with a general attorney (law firm), our union requires that you confirm this membership policy and indicate your intention to join our union in writing, by phone, in person, via web form, e-mail, SNS, or other means. As a union (joint labor union) with a philosophy of zero burden to its members, we do not force our members to cooperate in union activities.

Our union has no union fee, but we have several members, including legal experts and business managers, who will not only make demands but also present specific solutions utilizing the system, so we can ensure recovery and early settlement.

In order to resolve the problem, we will contact you for a detailed interview about the work environment and the cause of the problem. No initiation fee is required, but if the problem is resolved, we will ask for a donation from the total settlement amount recovered.

About the Groups We Belong To

Our union forms the GlobalUnion group, and all of the groups to which we belong are active in the new trial of "no union dues". In addition, in order to eliminate the burden on workers and to achieve early resolution, we can hold various labor-management consultations, including collective bargaining as a labor union, with the companies where our members work, with the cooperation of the groups to which we belong.

For this reason, when you join our union, you agree to entrust your case to an organization affiliated with GlobalUnion for the purpose of joining the GlobalUnion Group and resolving your labor problem as soon as possible. In addition, our management is staffed by lawyers, labor and social security attorneys, administrative scriveners, and other legal specialists, allowing us to take a different approach than other labor unions. We offer a new approach to labor unions, including the previously unattainable "no union fees.

How to consult with us

In principle, consultations will be conducted on line or by e-mail, but depending on the situation, consultations may be conducted in person or by telephone. The results of collective bargaining negotiations, etc., will not be sent to you in writing.

There is no charge for consultation, but if the union resolves a consultation case with our involvement and a certain amount of profit or damage is recovered, we ask for a donation (approximately 30% of the settlement amount as a general rule).

In the event that a certain amount of profit or damage recovery occurs, please also be aware that the Union's bank account will be used as the payee in order to ensure the recovery of the settlement amount and to prevent the leakage of personal information.

Handling of Information

The GlobalUnion Group may publish the negotiation process and articles on its website, SNS, and other media operated by the Group in a format that does not reveal individual names in order to facilitate early resolution, and the subscriber is deemed to have agreed to this upon joining the Union.

In principle, we do not provide personal information to third parties. However, we may entrust personal information to affiliated professionals, corporations, other businesses, or organizations to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
