Background of Establishment

GlobalUnion has established MetaUnion, the world's first full-fledged Web 3.0-based labor union, utilizing blockchain technology.

In light of the historical significance of trade unions around the world, the establishment of decentralized, self-supporting trade unions utilizing blockchain and aiming for fair and democratic management may be the ideal end form for trade unions around the world to reach.

The conventional form of labor unions, which collect union dues and pay salaries to union members, not only fails to save those who should really be saved, but also acts as if it has colluded with black-owned companies, thereby making the labor union, which is supposed to protect the three labor rights guaranteed in the Constitution, a complete skeleton.

MetaUnion is in charge of the metaverse area of all GlobalUnion groups, and is challenging the mission to become an ideal labor union that transcends the boundaries of race, gender, and organizational affiliation, and that allows its members to resolve problems and preserve workers' rights through democratic mutual assistance when problems arise.
